e.l.f. Mineral Eyeshadow Primer

Hello ShopaHAULics, Tiffany here and this primer is possibly the only eyelid primer you will need. Not only is this affordable but it works on most skin types.

Packaging: Easy to slid into your travel bag when you are in a rush to get on a plane. The doe foot applicator is really great to apply it onto the lids and the applicator slides back in easily.

Durability: This is really a great product to have with you even if you aren’t applying any eyeshadow. I like to apply this when I am going to do a graphic or intense eyeliner look. If you are sweating or have extremely oily lids this may not be the best but it does do its job for the every day makeup wearer.

Pigmentation: Nude but blends in to the skin easily.

Budget: $1! The most affordable makeup primer ever!

Ready for a Wedding!

Hello ShopaHAULics, Tiffany here and recently I attended a wedding and a two day process overtook my life because I wanted to look the best that I could for the event. So, why not review all of the products I used? Some I have tested longer while others are still new to me so in the coming weeks you may see a jump here and there. Please note that some of the items are more high end than others but I have purchased them if they were on sale or when I wanted to treat myself. I still love shopping on a budget but I do know when some items are clearly much better than others after trial and error. Also, some of these items have already been reviewed so you can go ahead and get some reading done! Now, let’s get ready for a wedding!

ShopaHAULic 28!!

Hello ShopaHAULics, Tiffany here and I am so excited for this haul because these are all items I have wanted to use for a while now, for the most part. All items were purchased from Target.

St. Ives Even and Bright Pink Lemon and Mandarin Orange Scrub. I wanted to try this out because I have a lot of acne scarring on my cheeks so I am hoping that this helps it look less like craterville and smooth like how it feels. Neutrogena Acne Wash. I believe this was on sale too and I have been using the St. Ives Green Tea Cleanser which works great but can dry my skin out after a long time so I am hoping that this won’t dry my skin out and will also help reduce the redness on my skin. Tide to go pen. I got a stain on a white dress of mine and I had never gotten one of these. Thankfully the stain came out without the help of this pen but I just want to be extra ready next time.

Yes to Grapefruit Lip Balm because it was on sale and I like this scent compared to the other Yes to products.

e.l.f. Small Stipple Brush. I have always wanted a stipping brush because it works so well when I watch youtube videos so I want to see how well it really works. e.l.f. Smudge Brush. I always have a hard time smudging my lower lash line so I wanted something to help with that.

Black Friday ROCKS!

Hello Shopahaulics, Tiffany here, and this is late, but black Friday was a bittersweet experience. I have to say that I am disappointed that stores would actually open up on Thanksgiving day. However, I did go Thanksgiving night because my sister had to work on black Friday.

Black Friday deals were out and about and people were packing into the store, mainly into the electronics department where everyone was neck to neck trying to get a certain item. I was, at first, nervous as I do not like tight knit spaces, but once I was on a roll, I made my mark and got everything I wanted…minus Little Big Planet 2.

The only beauty items I got this black friday were from e.l.f. and they were only $2.70 each. I got oil blotting sheets that came in a three pack with fifty in each container which means 150 sheets in total for only $2.70. In case you don’t know what oil blotting sheets are, they are small thin sheets that you can use to blot away oils that have built up on the surface of the skin. The second thing I got had two eye shadows and a primer. The shades in the package are naughty and nice, really cute names for the holiday.

I hope that you all had a good black Friday experience!

Review: e.l.f. oil blotting sheets

Hello Shopaholics, Tiffany here, and it is getting hotter and hotter by the day! Seriously, this is the most amazing product and it is only $1.00!!! You can buy this at Target and it is such a great deal! You can also find other affordable makeup from e.l.f. at Target. Now, these are small sheets that suck up oil like a black hole. I love these sheets because I have extremely oily skin that gets out of control quickly when I am outside. To be absolutely honest, when I first bought these I thought that they were probably going to be mediocre because for $1.00 how well will this work? I was totally wrong and this is amazing, it comes with 50 sheets which is always a plus and the fact that it is so cheap is another great plus. If you would like to compare, there are Clean & Clear oil blotting sheets that are $4.99 for the same amount of sheets. Now, I don’t really plan on trying them out because I don’t feel the need to spend the money on the basically same product. Not to say that it wouldn’t be good to see which was better but the fact that this works for my excessively oily skin, I am happy with it. If you have used the Clean and Clear ones let me know in the comments below.

Positive: Best blotting sheets I have used.

Negative: Nothing.

All You Need: Blush

elf Blush & Bronzer Palette

e.l.f. blush palette

Price: $3

Absolutely cute and compact, you can buy this at Target and it comes with a baby pink, hot pink, light peach/highlight, and a bronzing color. This looks like a palette good for lighter skin colors because the bronzer color doesn’t look very dark so if you have darker skin, it would look odd. Anyway, this is super affordable and if I get all my makeup through and done with, I might go and try this out!

Bhcosmetics 10 Piece Professional Blush Palette Coastal Scents 10 Piece Professional Blush Palette

BHcosmetics 10 Piece Professional Blush Palette Coastal Scents 10 Piece Professional Blush Palette

Price: $10 $16

This is by BHCosmetics and Coastal Scents has a similar palette with the same amount of blushes but not color. I have seen both of these at work and think that either of them would work out great. Of course, looking at the palettes side by side, you can see that the Coastal Scents one is a bit more neutral than the BHcosmetics one, so it is all on preference.

Coastal Scents Contour & Blush Palette

Coastal Scents Contour and Blush Palette

Price: $18

This is a little on the hefty side when it comes to price for me. I have not personally tried this product but I heard that this is good and if you think about it, it is like a cheaper version of the Nars blush palette. If you look at the 10 blush palette and this one, you can see that there is only a $2 difference, however, if you only like the 6 colors above rather than the other colors which you might not use, just choose this one. I would suggest looking up reviews because I am not certain. I will also say that these are just suggestions and ideas for saving money and to help you find new products that you might like to try.

Disclaimer: I do not own any of the photos.

Review: e.l.f. Bronzing Brush

Hello Shopaholics, Tiffany here, and this is not worth your money, even for $1.00. I recommend the professional e.l.f. line. For me, the bristles are rough and are poking the heck out of my skin. I don’t know if it is something that happens over time but at first it was pretty good. I just really think that you can get more for your money when you spend it on their professional line. I believe that they are $3.00 and up.

Positive: Gets the job done.

Negative: Prickles against the skin.

ShopaHAULic 21!!

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to let you guys see one of my newest hauls and all these items were purchased at Dollar Tree, Hot Topic, and Forever XXI. So let’s jump right in!

This is the Precious palette from Dollar Tree for $1.00 and if you haven’t gone to Dollar Tree before I high suggest to! I am already loving this palette so much! A great fall palette.

This is e.l.f. eye brightener in the palette named Luxe also for $1.00.

This is another e.l.f. eye brightener palette in the name Ivy $1.00.

e.l.f. liquid eyeliner in coffee which I was not planning on getting, I thought I got black but it ended up being coffee :] A happy mistake.

Hot Topic Baked Eyeshadow in Watermelon for only $0.97!!!

Hot Topic Baked Eyeshadow in Ecstasy for $0.97

Makeup Remover Wipes from Dollar Tree.

Forever 21 Earrings for $4.80-$6.80. I can’t remember.

ShopaHAULic 19!!

So, this was over the span of two trips out and I definitely am glad I bought this stuff! Overall I spent about $12.00. My Dollar General items obviously were the cheapest but I had to get two items from Wal-Mart.

Stores shopped: Dollar General and Wal-Mart

L.A. Colors Chic Palette. Dollar General $1.00. I saw this at Dollar Tree and was skeptical because the colors are kind of out there and the middle row somewhat looks the same to me. I bought it as you can see and I really do like the colors, especially the bottom row.

Dollar General. $1.00. L.A. Colors in Warm. I bought this really for the turqiouse and coral which are on the tops ends of the palette.

Dollar General. $1.00. L.A. Colors in Brights. I bought this because of my Demi Moore tutorial in which the giant spot of purple was perfect for!

Dollar General. $1.00. e.l.f. bronzing brush. I love this and bought it because I have a giant face brush that didn’t apply blush/bronzer well.

Wal-Mart $2.96 eos lip balm in summer fruit which I love but not as much as the lemon drop which I bought in my last haul.

Wal-Mart $5.97? (somewhere around there) Clean & Clear finishes mattifying moisturizer. This is also oil-free and my face is so oily that I need something that will keep my face oil-free for the whole day.
